Welcome to The Mon LenShae Brand co. By booking a service, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer:

• Makeup Application – for events, special occasions, or personal use.

• Graphic Design – including but not limited to branding, logos, flyers, and digital designs.

Services may vary depending on availability, booking, and client needs.

2. Appointments & Bookings (Makeup)

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable non- transferable in certain cases.

• Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion.

3. Design Projects (Graphic Design)

• Full payment must be paid upfront before work begins.

• Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon with the client.

• Final files will only be delivered once approved by client.

• All design drafts are for review purposes only and may not be used until the final version is approved and paid for.

4. Payments

• Payments are due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed.

• We accept payments by Apple Pay, Zelle, & Stripe (payment through invoice)

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Makeup appointments: Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice of original appointment time to reschedule.

• Design projects: Cancellation after work has started may result in forfeiting your payment.

• No-shows may be charged the full service fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

• For makeup: Please arrive with a clean face free of makeup or skincare products (unless otherwise instructed).

• For design: Provide all necessary content (logos, professional photos, text) in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

7. Intellectual Property (Graphic Design)

• Before final payment: All design concepts, drafts, and files remain the property of The Mon LenShae Brand Co.

• After full payment: You will own the final design files for personal or business use. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

• Makeup services are provided with high-quality, sanitized products. However, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please disclose any known allergies prior to your appointment.

• Graphic design services are provided based on your instructions and approvals. We are not liable for printing errors, third-party misuse, or damages outside our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
